What are
the "Adjustments" to my account?
Do I need to print
the camper registrations? If you've completed the
online camp registration then printing and signing forms is not
required for your camper to attend. However, having a
signed form makes treatment in the event of a medical emergency
quicker and more efficient. It is
strongly recommended you
print forms for each of your camper, sign them, and turn them in
to your local church.
If you have submitted a
hand
written form for camper
registration it must be signed prior to arrival at camp.

How Can I Volunteer
for Camp? Each church is required to bring a
certain number of adults in order to properly supervise and
mentor the campers. If you are interested in volunteering,
please contact your local AG church for their current list of
needs, application, screening, and approval process. (more

How
Long Does It Take To Process Payments? Payments
made online will typically be reflected to your account within
two business days. Checks delivered to your local church
will be processed as the church submits them to the SD|YCE camp
office.

What
Happened to Our Previous Information? In the
rebuilding of the new website registration information was not
migrated to the new system. All visitors to the site in
2010 will need to start fresh. Our goal is for 2011 and
beyond to have stored your information to make registration
easier than ever before.

What is the Family Maximum and Other Discounts?
Families sending more than one camper to the 5-day camps qualify
for a $10 discount on each registration after the first full
price registration. To assist larger family units we cap
the tuition price at $350 per family. This Family Maximum
applies to the Tuition only, not pre-registration fees or camp
pre-orders. Need

What is the
"Church Sponsor Amount?" Some SDAG churches pay a
portion of every camper attending from their church. If
your church happens to be one of these churches this amount
is automatically reflected in your financial details. Should your account reflect a
credit, please contact the church.

What are
the "Adjustments" to my account? Participants in
certain SD|YCE activities qualify for scholarship and discounts
for summer camp. These include but are not limited to:
These adjustments are not automatically calculated in our
online system but must be
manually entered by the SDAG Summer Camp office. Once you
have registered, please contact us
with the adjustment you qualify for.
