PayPal payments receive 100% refund for written
cancellations made before May 15 of the camping year.
Non-PayPal payments receive a tuition refund in the
amount of $95 for written cancellations made before May 15 of
the camping year.
Cancellations made after May 15 of the camping year,
regardless of payment method
will not be issued a refund.
Steps to Make a Cancellation
1. Send an email to
info@sdsummercamp.com
and your local church
2. Include the name of the camper and reason for
cancellation
3. Include the name of the camp
4. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours
5. Refunds of PayPal payments will typically be
processed within 48 hours. Refunds of personal or church checks
may take longer to process. An email confirmation will be
sent once the refund has been processed.
